Appointment booking
You can make your appointment by calling our rooms. Wait times can be significant so we recommend booking in as soon as you have your referral.
A deposit of $100 is taken for all initial Paediatric appointments at the time of booking; the deposit will be deducted from the consultation fee charge on the day of your appointment.
We ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure there is enough time to fill out necessary paperwork.
Note: A valid GP or specialist referral is required to make an appointment with Dr Katie Taylor or Dr Paul Koch to be eligible for a Medicare rebate.
Appointment cancellation
Appointments cancelled less than one day prior to the scheduled time may incur loss of deposit paid (initial consultation) or a fee charged. This will be at the discretion of our practice manager.
What to bring to your consultation
- Medicare and Private Health Insurance documentation (Medicare Card, Insurance Card etc).
- A valid Referral letter from your GP or referring specialist (or ensure that a referral has been sent to us directly).
- All x-rays, scans, pathology or test results relating to your problem.
- Relevant reports from schools, guidance councillors and or psychologists.
